And if you ever get to the point of full ownership (unlikely) you live in the middle of a crime-ridden flood plain essentially. Raging rivers where there should be roads, garbage and sewage rising to the surface of the waters. Waves of water and crime!
And don’t fall for the old “leave your money order in the dropbox” trick. You can kiss that money order good-bye. That’s right all of your hard-earned money down the drain and you didn’t get a cent. And nothing went toward your property. Oh, and now you are in foreclosure and there’s no record of your previous payments either.
