Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton allegedly fled his home in McKinney, Texas with his wife state Sen. Angela Paxton driving him in a truck, to avoid being served a subpoena, according to a sworn affidavit.
Ernesto Martin Herrera wrote in the sworn affidavit filed on Monday in U.S. District Court in Austin that Ken Paxton ran from the garage in his home while he refused the papers from the process server. The Texas AG and Senator drove away leaving the documents on the ground.
Paxton on the other hand accused the server of posing a threat by charging at him and yelling “unintelligibly.” And said in a statement that Herrera is “lucky this situation did not escalate further or necessitate force,” by noting that Texans have guns to protect themselves.
And while we are glad that everyone was safe and the situation did not escalate further, we are still concerned for those who are in danger at Colony Ridge’s Terrenos Houston by developer John Harris and co. Now that he the Texas AG is back home safely, we hope he can take a moment to look at the open letter we wrote to him last year about the [wet] lands Harris and his family sells to immigrants painting a picture of great schools and the American dream when the truth is that these lands flood, the sewage was poorly planned and the area is crime-ridden.
A plain example of this was the 16 year-old girl found dead and shot in a ditch in Liberty County’s Terrenos Houston with her work clothes on. And multiple videos and posts we’ve found of the shootings that happen there daily.
Here is a video we found addressing the killing of this young girl at the development of top Abbott donors William “Trey” and John Harris. Noted in the video is that there were no businesses or cameras in the area for miles. While they advertise as if they had businesses and everything in the development.
AG Ken Paxton stated on his Twitter account:
“Given that this suspicious and erratic man charged me on my private property, he is lucky this situation did not escalate further or necessitate force. As leaders across America, from elected officials to Supreme Court Justices, face unprecedented threats of politically motivated violence, I believe this type of behavior utilized by radical activists is thoroughly disgusting and should be met with swift condemnation—not championed in the media.”
And see, we get it. Because so many of us have been stalked and harassed Scientology-style by individuals sent by Colony Ridge for sounding the alarm for years. And no one should be harassed at home much less for exposing crimes against humanity.
Therefore, since he states being concerned for children and women through his human trafficking initiative and border security, we are sure AG Ken Paxton will want to take a look at John Harris‘ Colony Ridge and Terrenos Houston business which asks only for two IDs from any country to approve people for land and whose many clients have come to us to let us know that this business has stolen their payments and have left them homeless by foreclosing on them illegally and reselling their land.

Dear Attorney General Paxton,
As you may be aware, many people have reached out to you about the substandard living conditions and the UN-truth-in-advertising practices being put forth by Houston, Texas, developer John Harris regarding his Colony Ridge, Terrenos Houston, Terrenos Parkway 99 developments (and many other neighborhoods he developed to target and take advantage of Hispanic families).
You may recognize the phrase “Land for Sale Houston” through which he has bamboozled hundreds of mostly immigrant families out of tens of thousands of dollars – often their life savings – for false promises about the living conditions within these developments.
Living in these neighborhoods developed by Mr. Harris is like living in the Third World. There are many reports of failing water systems – including detectable levels of e. coli in the water. You may have heard about the SEWAGE pouring out of the ground. About the sex trafficking, drugs, child pornography and kidnappings in these AMERICAN neighborhoods. Sounds like the squalor in another country but it’s happening in Texas, right here in the greater Houston area.
These John Harris developments are being advertised as family friendly communities when in fact there are reports of constant gun shots, physical assaults and sex crimes.
Crimes involving children.
Immigrants are being bated to buy in these Third World-like neighborhoods thinking they are spending their hard earned money on the house of their dreams, the neighborhoods of their dreams. Harris is in fact targeting undocumented immigrants. We know this because he asks for only two IDs from their country to be financed and mainly advertises in Spanish.
There have also been reports of money order payments made at the developer’s office drop box only to then having those payments disappear and the prospective buyer then threatened with foreclosure. That’s what happened to us and hundreds of others. And that is why we are amassing a huge group of citizens and fighting back.
This is happening all the time to hundreds if not thousands of families over the past several years who are unlucky enough to buy property from one John Harris.
We have multiple people telling us that they have paid Harris for property to then get a phone call or letter from Harris’ company ordering them to pay a large amount of cash or they will be foreclosed.
It’s no wonder 97 percent of all foreclosures in Liberty County are from Hispanics. Thanks, John Harris.
It has been reported to us that some of these women then turn to sex trafficking so they can sustain their families.
We also have families who are too afraid to speak up to the authorities. We understand that having a couple of people reach out to you about this situation might not have been enough for you to step in but now, with everything we have exposed it is too big to ignore.
It is time to take action.
You took an oath to protect the people of this state and for some reason, the Harris’ have been untouchable. We ask you now to do the right thing and help these families get their live savings and damages back as we move toward a Class Action Lawsuit.
We understand Mr. Harris and his family are big donators to Governor Abbott. But we would still like to see the state of Texas do the right thing and help these people before this blows up into a full scale ERIN BROCKOVICH level national news story. The rest of the union often believes Texas is still rampant with corruption and bribes and we’d like to show that this is NOT true of our beloved state. So let’s take action before the national news gets involved.
Your website says that your first initiative as attorney general was the formation of a special unit dedicated to combating human trafficking in Texas and your website cover “Colonias” and their prevention.
It’s time to act.
Please contact us at terrenoshoustondemanda@protonmail.com so we can meet and go over the full scale details of this criminal enterprise and begin to help the many families who are suffering.
We are one. We are strong. And we are taking legal action. Click here to read more.
Best,
