We know that there is a lot of movement on social media with the message of "Where is John Harris?" ("Where's John Harris?"). We thank you for visiting our page and we want you to see why you are really here. We started this movement to fight against these companies led by the Harris, who have taken advantage of immigrants and who have cornered a community, once very quiet, Plum Grove. Land Houston and Colony Ridge has had no compassion for the people they affect and no respect for the natural resources of the area that have been affected. Worst of all, Liberty County of Texas has given them the green light to continue developing. We continue to count on your support to spread the word, your prayers and your donations for the cause. Keep sharing on the networks. And to those who have been victims of this company in one way or another, don't be afraid to speak up. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. "Road conditions are awful, my children have to get up at 5am to ride the bus and be on school on time. I can’t say how many times they have been late to school because of traffic. My youngest daughter comes home telling me how she was afraid in the bus because all the pot holes and how the bus took so long to drop them off in school. This is an awful burden to my family since we all have to leave our home super early just to be on time."

"This has totally destroyed our small town that is. next to these subdivisions with all the plans that have been made and the only entrance and exits are on a small county rd. and you put 20 to 30 thousand people on a road that was built for about 1000 people plus all of the heavy equipment and dump trucks log trucks cement truck and all the others it is not good then when it rains they haven’t told these people that said road floods and you can’t get in or out . Sometimes it takes me 10 to 15 minutes to get out of my drive and then I have set in traffic for an hour just to go one mile. This combination along with the drainage that has destroyed our roads that they won’t fix and all of the people here are just trying to make a living and have been cheated and lied to by the developers makes it a really bad experience. Everyone deserves to not be cheated out of their hard earned money and have all the problems that these developers have caused. They are the worst slum lords I have ever seen because of the exuberant prices they charge no one can afford anything else with the taxes too."

"I have never worked or purchased property from Colony Ridge, but own property and live behind a Colony Ridge development. You are free to use this information however you choose- even as an impact statement.

Since Colony Ridge has developed the area, myself and other area residents suffer from diminished quality of life and and we are victims of the increased amount of crime that occurs, which directly corelates to the timeline of Colony Ridge's development of the area, and it's propensity to attract buyers of low integrity and lack of respect for law.

Vehicle break ins are common, gunfire rings through the night air, and deafening music is often heard all night long. We have a rampant drunk driving problem, and drugs and graffiti in our small, once peaceful town of New Caney. We can not let our children out to play anymore unless it is under strict supervision, due to the criminal tendencies of the residents Colony Ridge has gone out of their way to attract to the community.

Infrastructure has been negatively effected, and is crumbling and strained in many areas due to the large increase in traffic brought on by Colony Ridge.

I believe Colony Ridge and it's owners are guilty of aiding and abetting criminal behavior, by encouraging the act of illegal immigration by using their past methods of advertisements and bandit signs stating that no social security number is needed, and providing a veritable sanctuary for illegal immigrants at their own expense.

Any monetary damage would be compensation for diminished quality of life and emotional distress caused by the introduction of the criminal element into our communities.

But most importantly, Trey Harris needs to be held accountable for trashing a once great community for his own personal gain, with absolutely no consideration for the residents of these communities.
